In these Terms & Conditions, the following words and expressions shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

By accessing or using the cczz99 Platform in any capacity — including browsing the website, registering an Account, making a deposit, or placing a wager — you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, including all policies incorporated by reference herein.

These Terms apply in addition to our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference and form part of the complete legal agreement between you and cczz99. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any supplemental policy, these Terms shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise.

To register and use a cczz99 Account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and continuously throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in compliance with PAGCOR regulations governing real-money online gaming in the Philippines.
• You must be a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where access to online gaming through cczz99 is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer, consultant, or contractor of cczz99 or any of its affiliates, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have a previously terminated cczz99 Account that was closed due to a breach of these Terms, fraud, collusion, or prohibited conduct.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.
• You must not be self-excluded from the cczz99 Platform or subject to any active responsible gaming restriction that prevents account creation.

Registration requires provision of a valid Philippine mobile number, a working email address, and a unique username. All registration information must be accurate, current, and complete. cczz99 reserves the right to reject any application at its sole discretion without obligation to provide reasons.

Each Player bears sole responsibility for the security and proper use of their cczz99 Account. The following obligations apply to all Account holders:

• You may hold only one cczz99 Account. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities, mobile numbers, email addresses, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate permanent suspension.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. cczz99 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access caused by your failure to safeguard your password.
• You must notify cczz99 support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, a compromised password, or any security breach relating to your Account.
• You must keep your registered personal information accurate and up to date. Changes to your mobile number or email address must be notified to cczz99 support with appropriate verification.
• You may not transfer, sell, assign, or otherwise deal in your Account or any funds within it to any third party.
• All transactions on your Account are deemed to have been authorized by you unless you have previously notified cczz99 of a security compromise.

In compliance with PAGCOR-aligned anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) requirements, cczz99 requires all Players to complete identity verification before withdrawal privileges are granted. KYC verification may also be required at any time during a Player's use of the Platform.

Accepted Philippine government identification documents include, without limitation: PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's license, UMID, PRC ID, Voter's ID, and Senior Citizen ID. In addition to a clear photograph of the ID, a matching selfie photograph may be required.

• KYC submissions are reviewed within 1 to 3 business hours of receipt during operational hours.
• cczz99 reserves the right to request additional documentation, including proof of source of funds, where required by applicable AML obligations.
• Accounts pending KYC verification may deposit and play but shall not be permitted to withdraw until verification is successfully completed.
• Submitting falsified, altered, or stolen identification documents constitutes a criminal act and will be reported to the appropriate Philippine authorities.
• cczz99 may place a hold on Account funds during active KYC review or AML investigation pending resolution.

All financial transactions on the cczz99 Platform are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP). The Platform supports deposits and withdrawals through GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, Metrobank, and other payment channels as may be made available from time to time.

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱50. No maximum deposit limit applies unless set by the Player through responsible gaming tools.
• Deposits are credited to the Player's PHP Wallet within minutes of successful payment confirmation from the payment provider.
• cczz99 does not accept deposits from credit cards or third-party accounts not registered in the Player's name.
• Players bear responsibility for any fees charged by their own financial institution or e-wallet provider in connection with deposits.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests from fully KYC-verified Accounts are processed as follows: GCash and PayMaya within 5 to 15 minutes; bank transfers (BDO, BPI, Metrobank) within 1 to 3 business hours during operational hours.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. The maximum single-transaction withdrawal limit is subject to the Player's current VIP tier.
• Withdrawal payment methods must match the deposit method used or be registered under the Player's verified name. cczz99 reserves the right to require additional verification for withdrawal requests.
• Winnings derived from bonus funds remain subject to the applicable bonus wagering requirements and are not eligible for withdrawal until those requirements have been fully met.
• cczz99 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of AML or fraud investigations without liability for losses incurred as a result of such delay.

cczz99 offers promotional bonuses, free spin allocations, cashback, and other incentives to Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. In the event of conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail.

• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be completed in full before any associated winnings can be converted to withdrawable balance.
• Standard welcome bonus wagering requirements are 30x the bonus amount unless expressly stated otherwise in the promotion's terms.
• Bonus funds may not be withdrawn directly — only net winnings resulting from bonus wagering that meet the applicable requirements are eligible for withdrawal.
• cczz99 reserves the right to cancel, modify, or withdraw any bonus at any time without prior notice if there is evidence of abuse, exploitation, or breach of these Terms.
• Players who attempt to exploit bonuses through arbitrage, collusion, or the use of multiple accounts will have their bonuses voided and may face permanent Account suspension.
• Bonuses are not transferable between Players and may not be traded, sold, or exchanged outside the Platform.

All games available on the cczz99 Platform operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology audited by independent third-party testing agencies. cczz99 represents that the results of all games are determined fairly, randomly, and without manipulation by the Platform or any of its employees.

• Each game is governed by its own individual game rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of each game before placing wagers.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or communication failure that results in an interrupted game round, cczz99 reserves the right to void the affected game round and refund the wager amount to the Player's PHP Wallet.
• Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
• Live dealer game results are final once announced by the dealer and confirmed on screen. Claims of dealer error must be submitted to support within 24 hours of the relevant game session.
• cczz99 reserves the right to suspend, modify, or withdraw any game from the Platform at any time without prior notice or liability to Players.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the cczz99 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances including bonuses and pending winnings, and may result in referral to Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Fraud, deception, misrepresentation, or the provision of false information at registration or at any point during Account use.
• Using automated systems, bots, scripts, software exploits, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with cczz99 games, the Platform, or its software.
• Collusion with other Players, cczz99 employees, or third parties to gain unfair advantage in any game.
• Money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other use of the Platform for illegal financial activity.
• Exploitation of software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain without immediately reporting the issue to cczz99 support.
• Accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited without authorization.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, duplicate, or interfere with any part of the cczz99 Platform or its underlying software.
• Engaging in chargebacks, payment reversals, or disputed transactions without first contacting cczz99 support in good faith.

cczz99 is committed to the promotion of responsible gaming and the protection of vulnerable players. We provide a range of tools to assist Players in managing their gaming activity. These tools are accessible through Account Settings and through our dedicated Responsible Gaming page.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Reductions to limits take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 48-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Timers: Players may set time limits on individual gaming sessions. cczz99 will notify Players when their session limit is approaching.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request voluntary self-exclusion for periods of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, or permanently. Self-exclusion requests take effect within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the selected exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications showing time spent and net wagering activity during a session.

All intellectual property rights in and to the cczz99 Platform — including but not limited to trademarks, logos, brand names, game content, software, databases, text, graphics, images, audio, and video — are owned by or licensed to cczz99. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in any cczz99 intellectual property.

• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any part of the cczz99 Platform without prior written consent.
• Game titles, artwork, and content provided by third-party game providers (including JILI Games, Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, and others) remain the intellectual property of those respective providers and are subject to their own licensing terms.
• Screenshots, recordings, or other captures of Platform content may not be used for commercial purposes or published on any external platform without cczz99's prior written approval.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, cczz99 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds, winnings, or opportunity arising from Platform downtime, technical failures, software errors, or network disruptions beyond cczz99's reasonable control.
• Losses incurred as a result of your failure to comply with these Terms, including through the use of unauthorized third-party software or tools.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the cczz99 Platform, even if cczz99 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Actions of third-party payment providers, including delays, errors, or failures in deposit or withdrawal processing attributable to GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, Metrobank, or other external payment services.

cczz99's total aggregate liability to you for any cause of action shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your cczz99 Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

cczz99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Account at any time, with or without notice, where it determines in its sole discretion that:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The Account is being used for fraudulent, illegal, or prohibited purposes.
• The Player has provided false or misleading information at registration or during KYC verification.
• Continued Account operation poses a risk of harm to cczz99, other Players, or any third party.
• A court order, regulatory directive, or applicable law requires the Account to be closed.

Upon termination, any balance remaining in the Player's PHP Wallet will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the specific circumstances of the termination. Balances in Accounts terminated for breaches of these Terms, fraud, or prohibited conduct are subject to forfeiture.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their Account in good standing may do so by contacting cczz99 support. Any pending withdrawals at the time of voluntary closure will be processed in accordance with standard withdrawal timelines.

cczz99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, cczz99 will notify registered Players via the email address or mobile number on file, or through a prominent notice on the Platform, no fewer than seven (7) days before the changes take effect — except where immediate amendment is required by law or regulatory directive.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision. Your continued use of the cczz99 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must discontinue your use of the Platform and close your Account before the effective date.

These Terms & Conditions and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them — including disputes relating to their existence, validity, formation, interpretation, performance, or termination — shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

In the event of a dispute between you and cczz99, you agree to first contact the cczz99 support team and attempt to resolve the matter amicably. If the dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the relevant Philippine regulatory authorities or courts of competent jurisdiction.

For disputes relating to game outcomes or technical Platform issues, cczz99's internal audit and compliance records shall constitute prima facie evidence of the facts in question.
